orders are binding. you can revoke your order free of charge as long as it is not shipped.
your address must be correct and complete (please check carefully).
for international orders, only paypal payments (or bank transfer within europe) are accepted. any paypal fees for the receiver is included in the shipping cost. you may also use credit cards.
some items may be limited. you must not order more of the limited items than indicated. otherwise we will change your order and will have to refund money.
sold out. some items may be listed as available, however they might be not in stock anymore. in this case, we will refund your money.
shipping is at your risk, if you do not order with registered mail. registered mail (insured and trackable) is highly recommended (envelopes have gone lost in the past). we do not guarantee for any loss of stuff that was not shipped by registered mail.
please be aware that international shipping is also subject to the efficiency of the postal services in the receiver’s country. mail can take longer than expected.
to our swiss and liechtenstein clients: if you pay by payment slip (einzahlungsschein) at a counter of the swiss post, add chf 3.00 for the fees.
for prepayment orders, items will be reserved for one week. please make your payment within one week. otherwise order will be cancelled and your items might not be available anymore.

vat (value added tax) of 8.1% is included in the prices for switzerland and liechtenstein. for all other countries, vat will be deducted. however you might have to pay vat and/or similar taxes to your local/domestic authorities.
open invoices are due within 8 days. reminders occur a fee of CHF 10,00 or EUR 10,00 each. this option is only available to well-known returning customers.
all images are copyrighted and must not be used for commercial purposes (as auctions) without permission. private use of images are allowed if you mention the copyrighholder © geocoins.biz.
allergies: warning: most items contain nickel. do not touch coins, if you are prone to metal allergies.
